The Lincos SB-20021V is a professional oil-lubricated, belt-driven piston air compressor designed for workshops, automotive service centres, and demanding industrial users. Its twin-cylinder V-head pump, and copper-wound motor deliver outstanding efficiency and long-lasting reliability.

The 200L vertical steel tank provides a large air reserve, reducing start/stop cycles and extending motor life. The pump runs at just 900rpm for minimal wear and quieter operation, while the V-belt drive is protected by a safety guard.

Maintenance

Drain condensate from the tank weekly using the drain cock to prevent internal corrosion. Check the oil level regularly through the monitoring window.

Before commissioning

The compressor is delivered filled with oil.

Before first use, tighten all bolts and connections – they may loosen during transport and cause leaks.

After commissioning

• Monthly: check the condition of the air filter.
• After a few operating hours: inspect the cylinder head bolts and other fasteners, and retighten if necessary.
