In the first stage, the compressor compresses atmospheric air to medium pressure, then the air passes through an intercooler. The cooled, partially compressed air is then further compressed by the second cylinder to the final working pressure — resulting in higher efficiency and reduced load on the components.

Before commissioning

• The compressor is delivered pre-filled with oil.
• Before first use, tighten all bolts and connections – they may have loosened during transport and could cause leaks.

After commissioning

• Monthly: check the condition of the air filter.
• After a few operating hours: inspect the cylinder head bolts and other fasteners, retighten if necessary.
