4-in-1 functionality

Combines continuous welding, precision cutting of thin sheet metal, surface cleaning (rust and paint removal) and seam welding in a single device, replacing multiple tools in your workshop.

Weldable materials

• Stainless steel (e.g. 304) with ER304 wire: 0.5-8mm
• Carbon steel with standard steel wire: 1-8mm
• Aluminum alloy with ER5356 Al-Mg wire: 1-5mm
• Copper with suitable copper alloy wire

Shielding gas

Argon or nitrogen can be used for stainless steel. Argon is recommended for aluminum, galvanized sheet, carbon steel and copper to reduce spatter and protect the optical lens. Gas pressure >0.3MPa and flow ≥15l/min required.

Maintenance

• Replace clean water coolant every 3 months (coolant >4°C)
• Use laser antifreeze when coolant temperature drops below 4°C
• Summer water temperature setting: 26-30°C; winter: 20-22°C
• Respect optical cable minimum bending radius of 15cm
• Keep torch lens clean to ensure beam quality
