Product description

  • Multiprocess inverter welding machine (MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC-LIFT), 250A.
  • SYNERGIC adjustment of the parameters: intuitive panel with 3 settings (process, shape of seam and thickness).
  • Set up for use with max 15kg Ø 300mm reels.
  • Polarity reversal for GAS MIG-MAG/BRAZING welding.
  • Thermostatic, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent protection. Compatible for use with the motor generator (230V, +/-15%).
    • Thermostatic Protection: A heat-sensing system that shuts down the machine if the temperature rises too high, preventing overheating.
    • Overvoltage protection: Protects the machine from higher than normal voltage levels, which can damage the electronics or the internal parts of the machine.
    • Undervoltage protection: It comes into operation when the supply voltage is too low, thereby helping to maintain the stable operation of the equipment.
    • Overcurrent protection: Limits current through the machine to prevent overloading or damage to electrical components.
  • Arc-force adjustment in MMA: Allows for finer control over the arc characteristics in MMA welding, improving weld quality and ease of use.
  • It supports rutile electrodes up to 4mm for MMA welding.
  • Contained consumption thanks to inverter technology. Inverter technology consumes moderate current in welding machines because it makes the conversion of electrical energy more efficient. Inverter welding machines convert high-frequency AC (alternating current) electrical signals into DC (direct current) signals and then back into AC signals at the desired voltage and current level. This process allows finer control of voltage and current, reducing energy consumption and unnecessary heat generation. In addition, the inverter technology increases the performance and efficiency of the welding machine.
  • Euro torch connection. This standardization allows for compatibility across different brands and models of welding machines and torches. The quick-connect mechanism simplifies the process of changing the torch or switching between different types of welding tasks, saving time and increasing productivity.
  • Complete with MIG-MAG torch, work clamp and cable.

Microprocessor controlled MIG-MAG/FLUX/BRAZING/MMA/TIG DC- LIFT inverter wire welding machine. It allows great versatility in the use of various types of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) and in all possible applications, from maintenance to installation works. The SYNERGIC adjustment of the welding parameters makes the products easy to use and grants excellent results, always, also for the less experienced operator.
Light and compact, it can be easily carried in any intervention place, both inside and outside.

In addition to their versatility and cost-effectiveness, multiprocess inverter welding machines are distinguished by their advanced safety features and user-friendly interface, which significantly enhance the welding experience. Their ability to easily switch between welding processes add to their appeal. These machines also simplify maintenance, as they consolidate the functionality of multiple machines into one, making them a practical choice for a wide range of welding tasks.

MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding is an arc welding process, also known as manual metal arc welding or stick welding. This method uses a consumable electrode (welding rod) that melts simultaneously with the arc and serves as a filler material in the weld seam. MMA welding is often used in outdoor applications because it is less sensitive to wind and dirt than other welding methods. It is suitable for a wide range of metals, including steel and iron-based alloys, and is well suited for thicker materials and structural work.

MIG/MAG welding

MIG/MAG welding is a shielded gas arc welding process in which a continuously fed wire serves as welding material instead of a consumable electrode. The shielding gas in the welding gun protects the scar pool from oxygen and moisture in the air. The advantage of MIG/MAG welding is that the welding speed is higher than that of conventional arc welding and the welding seams are cleaner. There are two types of MIG/MAG welding: active gas (MAG) and neutral gas (MIG) welding. During active gas welding, the protective gas contains carbon dioxide, while during neutral gas welding, argon or an argon-helium mixture is used.

Advantages

  • It involves less frequent wire replacement, which results in higher productivity.
  • Reduced waste and smoke, minimized material wastage.
  • The arc and the welding process are clearly visible.

BRAZING: Brazing is a process that uses lower melting point metals (brazing material) to fill the gap between parts to be joined. The brazing material melts and flows into the gap between the components, but the components themselves do not melt. This method is particularly suitable for joining different metals or for thin, heat-sensitive materials.

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is an arc welding method where the welding arc is created between a tungsten electrode and the workpiece in an inert (unreactive) gas environment such as argon or helium. This method is often used in situations where high precision and quality of the weld seam is required, such as when welding stainless steel or aluminum. TIG welding enables precise and clean welding of thin materials and is widely used in aerospace, automotive and artistic applications.

FLUX welding

Flux welding, also known as FLUX wire welding, is a process that is a variant of MIG/MAG welding, but does not require a separate shielding gas. During flux welding, the core of the wire contains the necessary protective and stabilizing materials.

This process is ideal for outdoor applications where wind can disrupt shielding gases and would be difficult to use. Due to its simplicity and efficiency, flux welding is a popular choice in hobby and home workshops.
