Description

Use

• To repair the injector seat, first clean the area around the injector and then remove it with the sealing ring.
• Select a milling head that is appropriate for the design of the nest.
• Secure with an Allen key on the milling shank.
• Use the T handle to mill. Do not apply too much pressure to the tool. Move in the direction of milling according to the design of the milling head.
• Before cleaning the injector housing, insert the blanking plug into the nozzle hole using the retaining shank. This prevents the contaminant from entering the cylinder.
• Attach the cleaning brush to the adapter and use the extension shank if necessary. Then move the drill to clean the nest.
• Secure the blind plug with the stem and vacuum the removed dirt.
• Use a long, thin brush to clean the spray tip hole. Rotate in the direction of travel.
