Application

Suitable for lifting passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and SUV/off-road vehicles (max. 3000kg) for wheel alignment, servicing, repairs and underbody work. For indoor use only on a closed, dry, level concrete floor.

Lifting heights – pad configurations

The platform support arms carry 2x4 adjustable pads (one low-profile and one high-profile set, 4pcs per set), which can be slid horizontally along the arms and fixed in place with bolts. By combining the different versions and adapters, the lifting height can be adjusted across a wide range:

• Low-profile rubber pad: 1335mm
• High-profile pad (base position): 1410mm
• High-profile pad (fully extended): 1470mm – the threaded design allows continuous height adjustment
• High-profile pad + 100mm extension adapter: 1480mm
• High-profile pad fully extended + 100mm extension adapter: 1540mm

Recommended hydraulic oil: L-HM46 (ISO VG 46) Important: The oil may only be filled when the lift is fully lowered. Oil change: Mandatory after the first week of operation, then annually.

Control panel and operating elements

The control panel is housed in a robust, sealed grey plastic enclosure on the upper part of the control column.

Operating elements

• Main switch (ON/OFF): two-position switch
• Green indicator light (LIGHT/POWER): indicates the powered-on state.
• White LIFT (UP) push-button (marked with a blue upward arrow): when pressed, the motor and hydraulic circuit are activated and the lift rises
• Red EMERGENCY STOP button: immediate shutdown in case of danger
• Side yellow-red main switch: fully disconnects the machine from the mains (lockout/tagout function), marked with an electrical hazard warning label
• Bowden release handle: serves to release the mechanical safety lock, located on the handle of the control column
• Down handle: controls the hydraulic lowering

Lowering procedure – two-stage safety system

Lowering the lift requires two consecutive, deliberate actions:

1. Brief lift: first press the UP button so the lift moves off the mechanical safety lock
2. Release the mechanical lock: by pulling the bowden release handle on the control column
3. Hydraulic lowering: after releasing the lock, the lift descends gradually and in a controlled manner using the down handle

This system prevents accidental descent – without simultaneously releasing the lock and operating the down handle, the lift cannot be lowered.

Portability

To move the lift, insert the control column into the socket at the end of the lift. By tilting the control column backwards, the nose of the lift rises and rests on the heavy-duty steel rollers, allowing the entire lift to be easily rolled to the desired position within the workshop.

Construction and design

• Lifting platform: robust, durable metal construction with orange surface finish

• Rollers (platform): 3+3 adjacent steel rollers on each side – for unloaded rolling
• Rollers (control column): white plastic rollers at the foot of the column
• Pads: longitudinally slidable adapters with a rubber pad on top. Bolts on the side of the adapter allow them to be fixed in the correct position – tightening the bolts secures them firmly to the arms
• Support arm angle adjustment: the arm angle can only be adjusted in the fully lowered position, since the locking mechanism is then released. When adjusting, lifting the arm slightly is the easiest way to move it – this also prevents damage to the arm surface. The arms can move freely up to the angle defined by the stop bolts.
• Platform stop bolts: 4 stop bolts that mark the maximum adjustable range of the arms.

Safety systems

• Automatic mechanical safety lock: engages automatically at every lifting phase – the lift cannot descend accidentally
• Pressure relief valve: factory-calibrated safety valve preventing exceeding the rated capacity – adjustment is exclusively the responsibility of the factory service
• Anti-leakage valves on each cylinder

• CE certification according to EN 1493:2022 (Notified Body: CTI-CEM International Ltd, NB 2845)

Warranty

The structure and all components (power unit, hydraulic cylinders, valves, switches, cables) are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for proper use.

The installation, commissioning, inspection of the lifting equipment and the operator's obligations must be carried out in accordance with the applicable national lifting equipment safety regulations and standards. Any deviation from these requirements will void the warranty.
