Semi-automatic 12"–30" tyre changer with automatic tool head and wheel lift

A semi-automatic tyre changer built for mounting and demounting tyres on passenger cars, SUVs and light trucks. Both outside and inside clamping cover 12"–30" rims, so one machine handles compact cars through smaller commercial vehicles. The automatic tool head and the 2.2kW VFD direct-drive motor take the strain out of daily workshop work, while the integrated wheel lift and help arm make heavy and stiff-sidewall tyres easier to handle.

Installation requirements

Connect to a 230V supply within 0.9–1.1× rated voltage and 0.99–1.01× rated frequency, with over/undervoltage protection, a fused circuit, proper earthing and a 30mA RCD. Compressed air is connected at the rear-mounted inlet. Operate only up to 1000m above sea level, at 0°C to +40°C.
