The pneumatic tyre lifter is an auxiliary device developed specifically for professional tyre service workshops. Its scissor lift mechanism is driven by a pneumatic cylinder, allowing tyres weighing up to 75kg to be lifted, positioned, and lowered with minimal effort and maximum safety during tyre changing operations.

Simple operation, precise positioning

Lifting and lowering is controlled by a single hand valve: pulling it up raises the platform, pushing it down lowers it. The laterally sliding carriage allows the tyre to be positioned precisely next to the wheel balancer — smoothly and without obstruction.

The unit connects to a compressed air system through the oil-water separator, which protects the internal components of the pneumatic system.

Maintenance

Check the oil level in the lubricator every 30 days and top up with ISO VG32 viscosity oil (e.g. ESSO Febis K32, Mobil Vacouline 1405, Klüber 32) when necessary. After the first 20 days of use, retighten the screws on the carriage.
