The Lincos STD-5040E is an electro-hydraulic, asymmetric two-post lift designed for professional car repair workshops. With a 4.0 t capacity it lifts cars and light commercial vehicles, while the electronic safety-lock release and the S-profile columns give a very stable, safe working position. Thanks to the 230V supply it can be installed where no three-phase supply is available.

• Electronic safety-lock release – the safety latches engage automatically while lifting; when lowering, pressing the down button opens them with magnetic release units, so there is no manual release and less room for human error
• Enclosed motor and control housing – a closed steel housing protects the motor and hydraulic unit from dust and damage; with no exposed motor it gives the workshop a neat, professional look
• Ergonomic control panel – all controls in one place on the front of the housing, within easy reach: main switch, up, down and lock buttons and an indicator light
• S-profile columns – the special S-shaped column profile is much stiffer and more resistant to twisting than a straight profile, extending the life of the whole structure
• Asymmetric arms – two pairs of two-stage asymmetric arms (620–880mm and 820–1260mm) make it easier to open the vehicle doors and work on the car
• Easy arm adjustment and locking – the arms are positioned and locked quickly and easily, shortening set-up time
• Hydraulic lifting, steel-cable synchronisation – hydraulic cylinders raise both carriages and steel cables keep them at the same height, for even lifting
• 230V single-phase supply – no three-phase supply needed; can be installed in smaller workshops and garages too
• Replaceable rubber pads – the rubber pads at the ends of the arms (STD-5140M-RP) protect the vehicle sill and are also available separately

The STD-5040E is an ideal choice for car repair workshops and tyre shops that lift cars, smaller SUVs and vans every day – for example for suspension repair, oil changes, brake servicing or body repair.
