Description
The crank snout on the N47/N57 engine uses four e-torx bolts to secure the harmonic balancer in place. It's not possible to turn the crankshaft via one of these bolts. Instead, this special adapter tool is used with a 1/2" drive ratchet to turn the crankshaft evenly. The tool is designed to fit onto the crankshaft pulley and provide a secure grip for turning the pulley in either direction. This tool is especially useful for tasks such as timing belt replacement, harmonic balancer removal, and engine component installation.
