Usage

  • Set of profiles used during professional tire repair process. It is designed to guarantee optimal pressure during the hot vulcanising repair process for industrial and agricultural tires in the shoulder area
  • This element is an additional accessory designed for thermopresses
  • Installation: top heater (external)
  • The smaller piece is shaped for the heater and presses against the side member

  • Low mass to volume ratio
  • Relatively high mechanical strength
  • Corrosion resistance: A spontaneous reaction occurres on the outer layer of the aluminium when comes into contact with atmospheric oxygen, so the piece is covered with a thin layer of Al2O3 oxide, which effectively blocks the access of oxygen to the material inside
  • Excellent heat conductivity
