Holder, dispenser and cutting system for adhesive wheel weight rolls. The wide stand is designed for stability. Includes easy-to-use rotating knob to move the roll through the guide and a handle-operated razor cutter. Simply turn the rotating knob to dispense the wheel weights through the guide, line up the segments to the desired weight, and pull down on the handle to cut the desired strip weight. Note: Wheel weights are sold separately.
