Aluminium profile, type E, for vulcanizing the shoulder of truck tires

Aluminium profiles (or tread pressure plates) are indispensable accessories for standard and pneumatic termopresses. They make it possible to carry out repairs faster, as well as to carry out repairs that are not covered by the standard thermopress equipment. Equipping a vulcanising workshop with thermopress profiles enables the repair of damages to any area of a tire while maintaining the correct shape. The profiles are made of aluminium to ensure good heat conduction and equal temperature distribution on the repair area. The aluminium external profile type E is intended for repairing the outside shoulder of truck tires.
